BITCOIN at 500 000 $$ why it's possible

Many predictions of the price of Bitcoin do not do in half measure. They predict a bitcoin at an astronomical price in a more or less near future.

The most spectacular of recent weeks has been that of John Macfee, the creator of the eponymous anti-virus software, who said that a bitcoin would be worth a whopping $ 500,000 in three years !!

But there have been many other more "reasonable" predictions made by financial analysts who talk about a bitcoin between $ 20,000 and $ 50,000 within 3 to 10 years.

But I also saw many articles and a little later than this morning, indicating that bitcoin was not a good investment, that it was purely speculative, that it did not have intrinsic value (the the author still adds "like the coins !! the good joke) and finally that it did not produce anything, that it did not serve anything (strange it makes me think of gold ...)

So what do I think?

For me, the year 2018 will be decisive. For 2017 I'm not worried, even the announced hard fork of November does not scare me (oh yes for those who do not know what a Hard Fork, or difficult fork in French, not very sexy translation, he This is a very simplified way, a division of a crytpo, that of August 1 gave birth to Bitcoin Cash.). For those who knew him, they understood how it works now. At worst, they will inherit a new currency like cash bitcoin.

So until 2018, everything will be fine, there will be some corrections, but nothing bad in my opinion. Finally nothing bad, unless China continues to tighten the screw cryptos. After banning the ICO on its territory, rumors announce the ban of all exchanges!

But for me 2018 will be the pivotal year. If bitcoin and cryptos survive, then there will be a jackpot and the cryptos revolution will have taken a big step.

Pour vous représentez cela, je vais vous montrer deux graphiques.

Le premier à été réalisé par un analyste qui prédit un éclatement de la bulle cytpo imminente. Il justifie son analyse par la juxtaposition de la courbe de la bulle internet, sur celle des cryptos.

Why do I have this opinion? Because no one around me knows or talks about cryptos. I knew the internet bubble. And at that time, everyone was telling me about his investment in the shares of this or that company. There was a real excitement. After it is clear that France is very late on the cryptos and it's a shame.

So that's why 2018 should be the year of adoption by as many people as possible, and depending on the scale of this adoption, there should be a bubble burst. There is that, but also the fact that some crypto will put the key under the door, either by leaving with the cashier, or because they could not bring their project to terms. As we can not forget, most crytpos are like startups, and like startups, they have less than one in 10 chance of surviving.
But if bitcoin survives the bursting of the bubble, if it has a global adoption of bitcoin as a safe haven (yes because for me that's what bitcoin is, a safe haven like gold and not a change). So here I can guarantee you that the price will explode. Because there are not many. 21 million max and again this figure is not correct.

According to a recent study, 4 million bitcoins would be lost. So there will only be about 17 million bitcoins left. Compare 17 million bitcoins to the world population, or more simply to the number of millionaire in the world, 16.9 million in 2016 and you will understand how bitcoin can become rare, very rare ...

The price of bitcoin is often compared to the price of an ounce of gold, but it is not an ounce of gold that will be compared in the future, but per kilo of gold. Today a kilo of gold is 35000 euros or 41500 dollars. And if there really is an adoption, then the predictions of 100,000 or 500,000 to see a million will come true.

Of course, before we get to that, there will be a lot of uncertainty, a lot of disappointment and twists. But it's not impossible. And today, there is surely more chance that it happens that you have to win the lottery, so keep in a little, you never know ...
